At Annie’s Cure, all products are handcrafted in small batches. Because of this, processing times may vary slightly based on production schedules. The details below outline what to expect after placing an order.
Processing Time
Most orders process within 24–48 hours, but please allow up to 3–5 business days for processing (excluding weekends and holidays).
Important notes:

Processing begins the day after your order is placed.

Weekends and holidays are not business days.

After major sales or holidays, please allow one extra business day.

Orders are not shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.
Tracking information is emailed once your package is scanned by the carrier.
Shipping Within the United States
We currently ship within the U.S. only.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and the shipping method selected.
Estimated Transit Times
(Transit times begin after processing is complete.)

Carrier delays due to weather, seasonal volume, or regional issues may affect delivery time frames.

Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address or missed delivery attempts:

The customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

No refunds are issued for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, Annie’s Cure is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. We can assist in confirming:

Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders begin processing quickly, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once an order is submitted.
