Because all Annie’s Cure products are handcrafted in small batches and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy ensures product safety, quality control, and compliance with personal-care product standards.

Please review the details below before placing an order.


All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for:

  • Incorrect scents or preferences

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Misreading product descriptions or ingredients

  • Products that have been opened or used

Please review your order carefully before checkout.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process a replacement, email us at [your email here] with:

  1. Your name and order number

  2. A clear photo of the damaged item or shipping issue

  3. A photo of the packaging (including the shipping label)

Replacements are issued for damaged or incorrect products only.
Refunds are not available.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, Annie’s Cure is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing:

  • Contact the carrier directly to file a claim

  • Provide your tracking number for investigation

We can help confirm tracking and delivery details, but we cannot refund or replace packages that show confirmed delivery.


Incorrect Shipping Information

We are not able to refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipment cost

  • No refunds will be issued for address errors

Please verify your shipping details before submitting your order.


Order Cancellation

Because orders begin processing quickly, cancellations are not guaranteed once your order is submitted.

Contact us as soon as possible at info@anniescure.com, and if the order has not entered processing, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
